My Journey
is rooted in a passion for helping others live with purpose and discover their unique blueprint for life through a foundation of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement.At Rhythm 2 Wellness, my goal is to support you in your journey to true, lasting healing. I have dedicated my life to helping women overcome obstacles and experience breakthroughs that lead to transformation. Rhythm 2 Wellness was born from this passion, as I believe every woman deserves the space and tools to find healing and purpose.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 20 years, and together we are raising three wonderful teenagers. It is my greatest joy and honor to walk alongside others as they build lives grounded in peace, strength, and lasting transformation.

My Why
During a season of profound personal loss, I was given well-intentioned but misguided advice that deepened my sense of hopelessness and disconnection. I was told to dismiss my feelings, and along with the rejection I faced when seeking out professional help, I began to feel invisible. Over time, I discovered how flawed this advice truly was and by the grace of God, I embarked on a journey of healing that transformed my life.
Our emotions are not something to be brushed aside; rather, they are a gift—signals that alert us to areas where we need care and nurturing. We are designed with an incredible system to manage emergencies—our sympathetic nervous system. However, when we remain stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode for too long, we train our bodies to rush into panic mode, which distracts us from addressing our deeper needs. Pushing through this state is not a solution; it’s a denial of our God-given alarm system, telling us that something needs attention.
Our bodies are designed to return to balance, to a state of calm and homeostasis, through the parasympathetic nervous system. Ignoring or masking our deepest emotional, physical, and spiritual needs may feel effective in the short term, but over time it can lead to complex health issues like anxiety, autoimmune diseases, PTSD, complex trauma, and mental health struggles.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made, designed on purpose for purpose. We are called to be good stewards —body, mind, and spirit. Through Rhythm 2 Wellness, I strive to equip you with the tools to connect these elements, empowering you to pursue growth, healing, and recovery. Together, we can bring balance to your nervous system so you can listen to what your body is communicating—not to mask its needs, but to nurture and care for them.
