Movement awakens the body, giving permission to break free from stagnation and bring us into alignment. Whether through exercise or gentle stretching, movement unlocks the body's natural energy, helping us process and release physical and emotional tension. In our coaching journey, we will focus on combining intuitive movement with a deep responsiveness to the Creator. Through somatic movement, we will actively work to release those emotions, freeing your body to experience greater fluidity and peace.

Daily Movement: Practicing slow, mindful movement that follows the body’s natural rhythm and energy, rather than forcing specific forms, which allows for deeper body awareness.
